Don’t need, must have

I can’t think of one thing I could actually do with these Indian pom pom garlands (home/design mavens: hints?) but their presence in the universe delights me.

Christmas tree decorations, if I had a Chtistmas tree… but my cat would eat them.

Yes…holiday garlands in multicultural colors (not boring red and green) that you put up now and leave up forever!

I would outline a window frame.

Or wrap around my waist like a belt.

Or wrap around a flower pot.

Or wrap around a tree trunk like yarn bombers do.

I’d go mantel or bookshelf with those, but depending on their size they might look good draped over some pictures on a wall (especially if said pictures were in a group and the garlands were shorter/smaller) or along the top of a picture window.

  5. loosely looped around a curtain rod or used as a curtain tieback.

    Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!!!

I think you *do* need them. Alllll of them.

Those are all good suggestions. Or what about a bead curtain? Oh wait… pets. Hmm, no.

    Yes to the Xmas tree!
Go great with the crazy ass pompon tree topper I been coveting.
    Etsy I believe😂

I would use them as a window treatment, because I am a fan of funky, minimalist window decor combined with practical shades (and not really a fan of curtains).

I’m not sure what I’m going to do with them either but I feel the need to own them too!

I suddenly understand the cat need to bat at things. I love those!

I have a weird set of Pom Pom garland I bought in Bali- I have it draped/swagged over a vintage gilded mirror. I think it says “I take whimsy seriously”
