In honor of my older brother Mike, whose birthday is today—and who has expressed to me the opinion that while I am generally well-dressed, my taste in shoes is “tricky”—I present these.
I love those for you!!!!
And happy birthday to your brother.
Also, Rachel Comey can do no wrong.
I LOVE these! I had already pinned them. My only hesitation is that my mom harangued us about wearing wooden soled shoes when we were growing up (no give), and I cannot bring myself to buy any as an adult.
Praying these appear one day on eBay.
Love your blog and your style, but these? I cannot. Your brother is right on this one.
Those are amazing.
My younger brother is always telling me that I need to do my hair better like he knows about hair but these shoes with the right outfit would be wonderful!
yes the whole outfit is always key but i think especially in this case.
I think that I might side with your brother on this one….but I have issues with mules in general so I can’t be trusted to be objective.
I am not a lover of mules for myself, but if I saw someone wearing these I would say to them, “Great shoes!”
I never get tired of looking a photos of fabulous shoes!
A perfect foil for a basic outfit.
Hysterical. And at that price, why not buy two pair?
I wasn’t needing any more shoes this Fall, however these have a certain 70’s scratchy carpet vibe going on that I just cannot resist. And those colors…paired with white shirt, cropped boyfriend jeans and a tiny necklace would be oh so perfect.
Isn’t it fun to needle our brothers? 😉
